Your workspace stays in your workspace.

Relay Rescue is designed to inspect Relay.app export files entirely inside your browser. There is no account requirement, advertising, tracking cookie, individual visitor profile, or file-upload endpoint. A small server stores aggregate action counts; Cloudflare Web Analytics measures aggregate website traffic and performance.

The short version: the files you open are read into this browser tab's memory. They are not sent to us. Close or refresh the tab to clear the working session.

Files and workflow data

Selected ZIP, JSON, CSV, Markdown, and text files are processed locally with browser APIs. Relay Rescue does not transmit or retain their contents. Migration packets are generated locally and downloaded directly by your browser.

Credentials and secrets

Relay exports can contain references or fields that resemble credentials. Relay Rescue flags the field names for review and replaces their values with [REDACTED] in generated reports and rebuild prompts. You should still review every generated packet before sharing it.

Network activity

The migration tool does not require a network connection after its static files have loaded. Unless excluded below, it loads Cloudflare's analytics beacon and sends aggregate page-view and performance measurements to Cloudflare. It also sends payload-free requests when someone opens a sample, completes an archive analysis, encounters an empty or unreadable archive, starts from a migration guide, requests a packet download, or clicks a consultation link. Each action uses a fixed event label that distinguishes sample use from an uploaded file and, where relevant, the selected destination. These requests contain no filename, workflow content, packet content, account identifier, or entered data. External links only open when you choose them.

Website analytics

Our private database stores only a UTC calendar date, a live/test category, a fixed event label, and its daily count. It does not store individual event timestamps, IP addresses, user agents, referrers, visitor identifiers, or workspace data. Counts are retained for comparing usage over time and are not exposed through a public reporting endpoint. Our hosting providers necessarily process network metadata to deliver and secure requests; that is separate from this aggregate database.

Counts represent actions, not unique people, confirmed saved downloads, bookings, or payments. Repeated use and automated requests can affect them. Preview-host activity is not included in live counts. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use tracking cookies or track people across sites. Page-view analytics began on August 31, 2026; durable action counting begins with the September 3, 2026 update. Older action totals cannot be reconstructed.

This setting applies to this browser on this domain, including both action counts and the analytics beacon. Saving reloads this privacy page. Reload any other open Relay Rescue tabs to apply it to their already-loaded beacon. Use it before testing; it does not remove earlier counts or affect another browser. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals also disable measurement.

Local storage

The current version does not save workspace contents to local storage or IndexedDB. Refreshing or closing the tab discards the in-memory session. If you exclude this browser, local storage holds only that preference—not an identifier or workflow data.

Optional email contact

Planning-call buttons open a draft in your email app addressed to support@relayrescue.app. The draft may include your selected destination (n8n, Make, or Zapier), but never includes workspace contents or attaches a packet. No message is sent until you send it in your email app. If you contact us, the message and sender address are handled by our email providers so we can respond. Please do not email exports, credentials, packets, or customer data in an initial request.

Scope

Relay Rescue is an independent migration utility. It is not affiliated with Relay.app, n8n, Make, or Zapier, and it cannot guarantee behavioral equivalence between automation platforms.
